This is my front tree this morning. Still hanging in there with the leaves. The back tree is almost empty with all the wind we had. They are Maples called Autumn Glory. I think they are a grafted tree.
Down to the last little bit of seaming and this will be complete. An outside strip of the sashing and one long seam to sew sections together then I can pin baste it and start stitching on it.
Really vivid with the black and red sashing accents. The darker squares even look brighter with the dark borders around the blocks. Need to run the vac. Threads leaves and dust are everywhere today. Have a Good One. Chris
