I have been drooling for days. I received this magazine in the mail and couldn't put it down. Look at the tiny piecing. 1.5 inches X 2.15 inches for the string piecing. Blocks are 6 inches square.
It makes such a clean looking quilt. Some are so busy they bother me, but this one is a look of organization to me. Plus it uses small tiny pieces to make the borders of these blocks. I think I have all the elements to make this quilt. Of course I will make it larger than what it is. It is measured 66 1/2 X 74 1/2 inches. This is designed by Pam Buda from Heartspun Quilts. 
This is the June 2015 issue which is currently on the news stands. There are two other quilt designs in there I need to decide if I really want to do them.
We had lots of storms around us last night and sad to say about 35 miles away there was a death from the Tornado. Many lives were destroyed with this storm. Heed all warnings because you never know what these storms will do. Stay safe. Chris
Thanks for sharing, Chris.. I'm thinking I need to find that magazine. I have family who lives in OK, MO and every time I hear about those awful storms, I worry about them.. I have a daughter who lives in OH and they are thinking of moving to NC - she said she worried about hurricanes. I told her "well, at least with those you know pretty well days in advance they're coming." She's had a few tornado warnings....
