The prep for the surgery took longer than the surgery. She went back for surgery at 8:20 am and returned to the room by 8:36 am and we walked out at 9:04 am. She had no troubles for 86 years old.
Wow! Well done for your mom! It is amazing how fast they do these "routine" procedures these days. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out last week and we walked in at 9:00 AM and they wheeled her out to me at 9:20 AM. I only had time to open my sewing pouch and thread a needle...not the first applique stitch! Hopefully your mom can really tell the difference now that the procedure is done...I remember how my mom thought colors were better.

Oh that is great news. You must both be relieved at this great outcome. Hugs, Julierose
